This is a vintage circle skirt striped in blue and white. There is no fabric tag but it feels like cotton. Originally a midi skirt, it has been shortened to remove a damaged portion near the hemline. The original hemline was hand-stitched and so is the new hemline. Now it’s a more flattering length, perfect for summer!
