This is an 80s secretary blouse with a mock sailor collar and teal and purple appliqués. Made of very soft, silky polyester. Would look great tucked into jeans! It has shoulder pads that can be easily removed, and hidden buttons up the front.
No size tag but fits extra-large.
In very good condition. I’ve had to replace the top button (see last photo to see the new button).
