I researched and tested this item a lot before listing and it is what I believe to be a genuine snakeskin handbag with a leather interior, in a rich dark brown. The inner label is missing but the snaps are embossed with the name Towanny, which was a popular brand of leather purses in the seventies and eighties.
Shows some small signs of wear but on the whole, in good vintage condition. The leather is buttery soft, I wish you could feel it!
